This Privacy Policy explains how Dolphin Printer s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you interact with our websites and services, including the Slicedog® offering and the PET‑G Feasibility Check form.

2) What data we collect
We only collect data needed to deliver and improve our services.
a) Data you provide

Feasibility Check form data: email, company name, short description of the part/use case, optional load information (e.g., estimated forces), and one uploaded file (e.g., STL/STEP/IGES/ZIP).

Communications: content of emails or messages you send us, meeting notes.

Contract/billing data (if you purchase): contact person, billing details, VAT ID/IČO, payment status (no full card numbers processed by us).

Technical data from your browser/device (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).

c) Data from third parties

Public business contact data or company identifiers used to enrich leads (e.g., from LinkedIn when you interact with our content).
3) Why we use your data (purposes) and legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases under the GDPR:

4) File uploads for Feasibility Check

Uploaded files are used only to perform a quick desk check and prepare results.

We delete files within 14 days of delivering the result unless you ask us to keep them for a pilot project or ongoing collaboration.

If you need a mutual NDA, let us know before uploading.
5) Who we share data with (recipients)
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers acting on our instructions, such as:

Google Workspace/Drive (email, documents, file storage)

Pipedrive (deal tracking, if applicable)

Automation/Integration tools (e.g., Make/Zapier) to route submissions securely

Cloud hosting/compute providers used to operate Slicedog® and related services

Where required, we use appropriate contracts (e.g., Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses) with these providers.
6) International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures, as needed, to protect your data.
7) How long we keep data (retention)

Feasibility Check files: deleted within 14 days after we send your result, unless you approve extended use/storage.

Contact and communications data: typically 24 months after last interaction for lead/customer relationship management, or longer if required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.

Billing/contract data: retained for the statutory period (e.g., accounting/tax law).
8) Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.

9) Cookies, analytics and ads
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our sites and understand how they are used. On first visit, you can manage your preferences via our cookie banner.

Our services are intended for business users and not designed for children under 16.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
